Miles To Go

This book knocked my socks off. I was convinced that the author had first-hand experience of the things she writes about, but she assures me otherwise. She certainly did her research for this one!

I’ve always been interested in the experiences of women in the military. My mother was one of the first officers in the WAAC (Women’s Auxiliary Army Corps) in World War II, and I know how difficult it was then. Women didn’t get much respect in those days when they ventured too far from traditional roles, and although it’s much better now, they still don’t get the respect they deserve.

If you enjoy an action/adventure story with political thriller overtones, try this one.

Even if you don’t, try it anyway.

Scapegoat

An excellent sequel to Miles To Go.
